Operations Manager 

With more than 10 years of experience in the run-of-river hydro industry, Scott brings extensive expertise in operations and maintenance, managing major overhauls, and leading specialized upgrade projects. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with operations, engineering, HSE, and contractor teams to support the safe and efficient operation of hydroelectric generating facilities. 

His experience includes overseeing maintenance programs, coordinating large-scale equipment outages and rebuilds, supporting facility commissioning activities, and leading projects focused on improving plant reliability and long-term asset performance. He has contributed to a wide range of hydroelectric initiatives, providing both hands-on technical knowledge and leadership in complex operational environments. 

Scott is a Red Seal Endorsed Millwright and holds a Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) designation. His background combines strong mechanical expertise with practical maintenance management experience, allowing him to successfully support hydroelectric operations from commissioning through ongoing maintenance and optimization.
