President

As President of Sea to Sky Energy Solutions, Matthew brings over 20 years of experience in asset development, project management and operations across the energy sector. His background includes leadership roles in both traditional and renewable energy, where he has successfully delivered large-scale infrastructure and clean energy projects.

Previously, he served as Director of Renewable Energy for a major energy company, overseeing the development, construction and operations of wind and solar projects in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario.  Matthew’s focus has been on large scale, transmission connected assets, including development and construction of a 200 MW wind facility in Alberta.

At SSES, Matthew is focused on building strong relationships with First Nations and advancing renewable energy projects across Canada, including wind, hydrogen, and hydroelectric developments. He plays a key role in driving project strategy, supporting successful bids, and leading the development of innovative, low-carbon energy solutions in partnership with communities and industry stakeholders.
